American Airlines is pleased to offer registered Players and Non Golf Guests a 20% discount off the base fare of their ticket to attend the Jamaica Invitational Pro-Am "Annie's Revenge" presented by NIKE GOLF.  Reservations must be made by October 31, 2011.  Please follow the step-by-step instructions below.  After October 31, Players and Non Golf Guests will receive a 10% discount off the base fare.    

Amateur & Guest Ticketing Directions

In partnership with American Airlines, The Golf Connection has developed a web based Flight Request Form for any players or guests wanting to take advantage of AA's great group rates.  Players and guests are asked to locate their desired flight on AA.com, place it on a 24-hour hold, then submit the Flight Request Form.  The form will be automatically and securely routed to American Airlines for ticketing.  In the event a player or guest can’t find a flight or encounters difficulty creating the hold, please contact the Tournament Office.  Once submitted, AA ticket agents will convert the hold to a ticketed reservation using the AA Record Locator and Personal Credit Card information you supply on the form.  PLEASE NOTE … The Flight Request Form should only be submitted Sunday through Friday to ensure a 24-hour response from AA’s group ticket office.  Professionals, please contact the Tournament Office at 484-762-1185 to book your flight.

Below are step-by-step instructions on how to make and hold a reservation on AA.com. 

1)  Go to www.aa.com

2)  Fill out the Travel information on the first screen (name, travel dates, number of passengers, etc.) then Click “GO"

3)  On the next screen, review your Departure and Return options.  Select your desired flights and click “CONTINUE”

4)  You will be returned to the Passenger Information Screen.  The top of the screen will provide the fare information BEFORE the 20% discount, which is applied to the base fare, exclusive of taxes.  The bottom of the screen is where you will complete all of the necessary information including secure flight data to be sent to the TSA (remember to enter your name as it appears on your passport).  Once all of the required information is completed, click “CONTINUE”

5)  The summary screen will show the total price again and the names of the passengers on your reservation.  At the bottom of this screen there is a choice to “Purchase”  or “HOLD”.  PLEASE REMEMBER TO SELECT “HOLD” 

6)  On the final screen you will find the RECORD LOCATOR number.  PLEASE write this down as you will need to enter it on the Flight Rquest Form.  While on this screen you can also select your seats, set up alerts, etc.

7)  Once your HOLD is completed on AA.com, please return to the Jamaica Pro-Am website to submit your Flight Request Form.  You will ONLY be required to enter your name, team name, record locator number and credit card information.
