See the wonders of this 18th Century Great House which was once owned by the largest planter in Jamaica, John Thorpe. Completely restored to its previous grandeur, the Good Hope Great House features the art, antiques and lush surroundings that once made it the Jewel of the Caribbean.
Tour the grounds by horse drawn carriage, then take a short stroll along the Martha Brae River. Tour the Pottery Barn and Trading House, the only store of its kind in the Caribbean, where you can see resident artisans at work and purchase artwork, carvings, books, and other souvenirs made in Jamaica.
