Team Makeup

Teams must consist of a certified PGA Professional and three (3) amateurs.  The host golf professional must be an accredited Head Golf Professional, Director of Golf, Director of Instruction, Instructor or Assistant Golf Professional.       

Team Handicap


The combined total of team handicap indexes must exceed a minimum of 21. Handicaps must be verified by USGA, GHIN or other certified golf association. Valid GHIN or USGA numbers are preferred. Copies of cards or certified print outs must be signed by the team pro and submitted to the tournament committee upon request. Failure to produce proper documentation will result in team disqualification. The tournament committee reserves all right to review and adjust individual or team handicaps as necessary.



Cancellation Policy


In an effort to ensure our field remains full until the event begins on December 2, 2009 we maintain a strict no cancellation policy after entries close on October 1, 2009.  Any player or team that cancels after completing the online registration process but prior to the entry deadline, will be subject to a $500 per person cancellation fee.

Multiple Teams


There is NO LIMIT to the number of teams that may participate from any club, providing they complete the online registration process before the tournament field is filled.

Player Registration


Individual team members and non-golf guests will be required to register and pay their entry fees online.  Host professionals are required to see that all their amatuers complete the registration process before the team’s spot in the field is confirmed.  Please contact the Tournament Director with any questions.

Note:  Amateur players sharing a room with a non-golf guest are considered "Single Players" and will be charged the single player rate of $2,275 plus a $900 non-golf guest fee for each person sharing their room.  Single Players may have up to three (3) non-golf guests in their room.  Players choosing the "Double Occupancy" rate of $1,850 per player are limited to two (2) players per room.
