The Golf Connection LLC does not sell or share personal information with marketers outside of any companies identified as official event sponsors for the purpose of offering their own products or services.

You may browse our Website anonymously by choosing not to provide us with any personal information such as your name or e-mail address, or choosing not to register for one of our programs during your visits to our site.
 
Using Your Personal Information

The Golf Connection LLC does not sell or share customer information with entities outside of official event sponsors who may want to market to you their own products and services. The Golf Connection LLC uses your information to process event entries, complete transactions, respond to your requests, deliver the products and services in which you enroll or for which you register, and notify you of related event information, upcoming or newly released programs, or special offers that we think may interest you.  The Golf Connection LLC may also use the information that we collect from you online to market to you through alternative channels.

The Golf Connection LLC may share your information with our official event sponsors; and, to provide related services to you, we may share information with carefully selected "vendors" and "business partners" with whom we work. All companies that act on our behalf are contractually obligated to keep all information confidential and to use any customer information only to provide tasks and services for which they are contracted.


Using Your E-mail Address

We may use your e-mail address for the following types of e-mail communications:

1. Updates and Valuable Offers. We may send you e-mail updates about our events and services as well as valuable offers from official sponsors that we send for them.
2. Regularly Scheduled E-Newsletters of Updates related to events, promotions, and services for which you requested or registered.

Please note that even if you opt-out of marketing e-mails, we will continue to send you e-mail pertaining to events or programs you have entered or registered for. These include e-mails that may provide account information, confirm entries and online payments, answer your questions, facilitate or confirm travel arrangements, and communicate terms relating to refunds or cancellations, or waiver of liabilities.

You may request that Th Golf Connection LLC no longer send you marketing e-mails.  If you choose not to hear from us, you will not receive offers on events and services that may be of value to you as a traveling golfer.
